We understand things come up however we do ask that you cancel 24 hours or more prior to your appointment allowing us time to have another client book that appointment time. If you fail to cancel before 24 hours without emergency it will result in a 50% cancellation charge. If you “no-show” there is a fee of 100% of your service due.
